With KIDA, Stephen Burks has designed a hanging chair that is attractive both visually and in terms of use. As the first collection that was not woven in DEDON fiber, but rather wrapped, the KIDA hanging chair has a cradle-like, organic shape that is open, airy, light and inviting. Once seated in the armchair, KIDA's cushion, which covers the entire seat area, offers incomparable comfort. In Burk's own words, swinging creates the feeling of being “as free as the wind”.

With its organically shaped frame made of powder-coated aluminum, KIDA is light and yet extremely stable. Wrapped in the innovative DEDON Fiber Touch, which has a particularly soft feel, the collection is available in three striped color variants, including the lively, multi-colored Glow Touch. Stephen Burks about the color palette: “When I saw how sophisticated the new color developments from DEDON are and how successfully they combine the entire DEDON collection, I took the chance to integrate as much of the new palette as possible into my new project . The logic in this design is the wrapping of the graphic frame, the coloring was more of a coincidence. ”KIDA has an extra-soft seat and back cushion that is perfectly positioned for lying down and relaxing.
