The steamer as an all-rounder.

The model DG6800 is an all-rounder for the highest demands.
It offers features such as multi-team steam technology and sous-vide cooking under vacuum. The user-friendly M-Touch display was integrated, which can be operated by simply wiping or tapping.

A transparent door gives you the best possibility to have a loon in to your oven. The steamer has also a keep warm function and electronic temperature control.

The steamer DGM6800 shines through its variety of applications.

Thanks to the multi-team steam technology, the steam is evenly distributed in the cooking chamber, resulting in more perfect meals. The operation of the new M Touch display is simple and self-explanatory. The devices are controlled quickly and intuitively by direct tapping or simple wiping on the display with plain text display. With a tap, the device can be locked and is against accidental power, e.g. protected for children.

Another advantage of this steamer is its large cooking space. Here you can effortlessly prepare large roasts for the whole family or friends.
For all film and popcorn friends, there is even a separate popcorn button.

Thanks to external steam generation and stainless steel cooking space, Miele steamers are particularly easy to clean. There are no annoying calcium deposits in the cooking chamber, and the smooth cooking chamber walls and especially the cooking chamber floor are particularly easy to clean. After the cooking process, a wipe is enough and everything is dry again and shines.

 

Steamer with full oven function XL

The built-in Miele DGC6600-unit impresses with its simple touchscreen, XL-ovenspace, multi-team steam technology and a food thermometer for accurate cooking. The device also offers a heating function, different time functions and a halogen lighting that ensures optimal light and visibility in the oven space.

A special highlight: cooking under vacuum.
Sous-vide-cooking takes place in the steamer at low, consistent temperatures during a longer period of time. Appearance, shape, minerals and vitamins from the food. Meat, fish, vegetables or fruit are optimally prepared for sous-vide cooking with the dust tray.
