The oven as an all-rounder

The oven H6800BP is a true all-rounder. It can be controlled by simply touching or swiping through the M Touch display.

A wireless food thermometer informs you by the remaining time display when meat or fish are cooked to perfection.

Thanks to the climate-controlled function, it is now easier to fry and bake. Moisture support ensures incomparably light dough and browned crusts.

The pyrolysis equipment ensures less cleaning effort. This leads to an automatic self cleaning of the dirty baking Chamber at high temperatures.
Another plus of this model is the door. The inner door surface of the furnace is absolutely flat-without corners and edges. This makes it especially easy for the door to clean and also as a storage area to use.

Steamer with full oven function XL

The built-in Miele DGC6600-unit impresses with its simple touchscreen, XL-ovenvak, multi-team steam technology and a food thermometer for accurate cooking. The device also offers a heating function, different time functions and a halogen lighting that ensures optimal light and visibility in the oven space.

A special highlight: cooking under vacuum.
Sous-vide-cooking takes place in the steamer at low, consistent temperatures during a longer period of time. Appearance, shape, minerals and vitamins from the food. Meat, fish, vegetables or fruit are optimally prepared for sous-vide cooking with the dust tray.
